Professional Services

The CSS Professional Services staff has two major functions:

• We work hand-in-hand with our customers to cater the set up and all desired functions within IMPACT, so that our IMPACT Collection Software operates to the customers exact business requirements.
  
  
• CSS will write custom programs for those customers that choose to utilize our Professional Services staff expertise, rather than create the desired program(s) on their own.
