Carl Briganti

President & CEO
Carl began his career in 1989 as a Firmware Engineer at Packard Bell Systems. In 1994, he founded NSI Labs, a successful Technology Service Provider Firm specializing in Data Center Infrastructure Technology, Infrastructure Management, Application Development, and Database Services for the Financial Industry. In 1996, Carl acquired the 6th largest ISP in Los Angeles. Partnering with major communications and broadband telco providers, Cyberweb emerged as one of LA’s leading ISPs, delivering broadband services to a growing market.

In 2004, leveraging over 25 years of deep-rooted industry experience in the Fintech sector, Carl founded CSS, Inc. His vision was to build Financial Ecosystems that were powerful, scalable, and intuitive enough for a business user to operate by employing forward-thinking technology for today’s needs and tomorrow’s growth. Realizing this vision, CSS IMPACT! has become the industry’s leading Enterprise Financial Ecosystem Platform, now operating in 15 financial markets. Carl credits the success of CSS IMPACT to his team of seasoned industry experts and highly skilled engineers, who have made the platform a cornerstone solution in addressing the gap between the financial industry’s needs and available technology.

In 2014, Carl acquired 123 Comply, a compliance management platform designed to adhere to CFPB, FDCPA, and TCPA guidelines for state and federal compliance regulations. In 2018, he launched the first-ever Enterprise Level Financial Ecosystem, offering a full fintech stack of financial management tools and technology platforms for originations, credit granting, revenue cycle management, billing, collections, legal, and portfolio management. These systems can function independently or collectively as a turn-key enterprise financial ecosystem.

In 2022, Carl acquired NextInteractive, a company specializing in a comprehensive CX voice and digital engagement tech stack. This acquisition has further enhanced CSS’s ability to deliver a fully integrated omni-channel consumer digital engagement solution, featuring advanced AI-driven voice and chat capabilities, as showcased in their latest technology deck.

Jay Ford

EVP Engineering
Jay Ford has been in the debt management collections software industry, creating, writing, developing, and marketing of the software since 1993. He is a business partner/corporate officer of CSS along with Carl Briganti and Elmer Rodriguez. Jay creates much of the business logic/programming and database creation and handling as well as user interface development/programming to the Impact product.

Elmer Rodriguez

Chief Information Officer
Elmer Rodriguez has worked in the Financial, Collection and IT Industry since 1989. He is a founding member and corporate officer of CSS. Elmer brings to extensive IT experience and expertise along with an array of knowledge in the Financial and Collection Industry that makes him a valuable member of the CSS Team.

Jamielyn Le

Sr Financial Controller
Jamielyn has been in the accounting industry since 2014. She manages daily accounting operations, maintains an adequate system of accounting records and processes payroll as well as manages accounts payables and accounts receivables.

Joann Wachowski

Executive VP of Operations
Joann Wachowski has been involved in the financial industry since 1977. When joining our team in 2008, Joann brought to the company the ability to facilitate communication between our clients and our development team because her unique background includes first-hand experience in the operations area of the collection industry along with database administration and coding experience.

Sergio Seplovich

Vice President of Operations
Sergio is a seasoned professional with over four decades of comprehensive experience in the Financial Industry, specializing in the implementation of innovative technologies for a broad spectrum of entities, including government, law firms, collection agencies and healthcare institutions among others. In addition, Sergio has a wealth of experience in strategic acquisition of portfolios of delinquent receivables and a robust acumen optimizing asset recovery processes, including the creation, deployment and management of agency and legal networks

Ryan Caballero

Director of Applications Engineering
Ryan has been in the collections industry for over 10 years. He joined CSS in 2012 as our QA Testing, Client Support, and EDI specialist. His high level of expertise helps keep CSS IMPACT! HD 2.0 operating at the highest level.

Jeff Rabold

Chief Data Transformation Officer
Jeff began his career with the ARM industry in 2004 as the Sales Manager for a 50+ year old regional collection agency. Jeff came to CSS in 2012 with extensive experience in moving large sets of disparate data into and out of databases. He enjoys the challenge that comes from organizing unstructured and diverse data into useful structures.

Todd McNabb

Director of IT & Cloud Services
Todd opens the lines of communication between all stakeholders to get projects done. With over 20 years in both public and private sectors, Todd has experience in leadership, team building, infrastructure planning, project management that makes him a valuable member of the CSS Team.

Ariel Briganti

Director of Systems Implementation
Ariel has been with CSS since 2015. She is an integral asset to the project management team ensuring smooth operations through Go-Live.

Eric Beck

Sr Systems Support Analyst Engineer
Eric Beck has been in the Collection Industry for over ten years. Eric is an integral part of the CSS team as he specializes in Data Processes, Setting up of Processes and Problem Solving for Solutions.

Andrew Ramos

Sr Systems Support Analyst Engineer
Andrew has been with CSS since 2012 and has worked within the Collections Industry for 8 years. Beginning at CSS as an Application Support Engineer, he has used his accumulated knowledge of CSS Impact! and strong relationship with clients to transition to the Marketing and Sales Departments. Andrew’s goal is to strive to establish and maintain a high level of Customer Service.

Maria Resurreccion

Sr Systems Support Analyst Manager
Maria Resurreccion has been in the collections industry for 8 years and joined CSS on November 2010. Maria oversees day to day support for clients, trains new clients, and takes part in enhancement and development of new features.

Jakub Zurek

Systems Implementation Architect PM
Jakub Zurek has over 18 years of hands-on experience in information systems, technology and IT operations. The last 10 of those years has been in the ARM/Collections industry overseeing architecture, implementation, and performance of all business and IT systems. He is highly experienced in system design, development, and implementation and a big fan of standardization and automation in day-to-day business processes.

Wendy Squires

Systems Implementation Architect PM
Wendy Squires has been implementing projects in the Collections industry since 2012. Her previous experience includes software development and project management in the Medical and Real Estate industries. Wendy enjoys the challenge of working with clients to architect business solutions using innovative IMPACT toolsets.

Kelly Szalla

Application Systems Analyst
Kelly has been working in the Finance and Accounting industry since 2015. Kelly has recently joined CSS in 2021. She excels in analyzing data and documenting requirements. Kelly brings her financial expertise, project management skills and analytical thinking to the CSS team.

Cameron McCloskey

Systems Implementation Project Supervisor
Cameron has over 15 years of experience in systems implementation, web services deployment, front-end coding, physical infrastructure installation and maintenance, and has recently begun specializing in ETL and visualizing the resultant data from that process. His expertise makes him an integral member of the CSS team.

Al Giron

VP of CX, Voice & Digital Engagement Engr.
Al has over 30 years of experience in electronic engineering, telecommunications, software development, as well as database development in the contact center space. Al’s extensive knowledge places IMPACT CX customer engagement at the forefront of the industry.

Rudy Salazar

VP of CX Voice & Digital Engagement Cloud
Rudy Salazar has worked in IT, sales engineering, and executive C Level in the telecommunication customer engagement space with nearly 38 years experience in deploying enterprise premise voice & data platforms, bridging carrier class 4/5 telecom information services, and CCaaS software UI development.

Hector Rosario

CX Voice & Digital Engagement Engr.
Hector has over 18 years technical engineering experience in the contact center space. Hector continues to set new benchmarks in cloud contact center technology security, stability, and IT infrastructure. As a CX expert, he has managed our front-end migration to the most cutting-edge technologies.

Diana is a seasoned CX expert with more than a decade of experience supporting the latest digital engagement technologies. Her expertise creates a secured operational environment for all clients.

Hugo Rivera

Data Center Technician
Hugo has been a data center technician for over 20 years. He has been with CSS for the past 13 years as our Data Center Sr. Technician. His extensive technological knowledge makes him a pivotal asset to the CSS team.

Ryder Thompson

Ryder has over 37 years of experience in the banking, collections, healthcare, and retail industries. With over 30 years as VP and Chief Operating Officer in the collections industry, his knowledge base includes compliance, streamlining account flows, dialer campaigns, and the utilization of AI and multi-channel communications to maximize efficiency within business processes.
